Cub Scout Pack 133
2018 Popcorn Fundraiser Kick-Off
Selling packets will be distributed at our Popcorn Kick Off at the Pack Picnic on August 26th. (Your Den Leaders will have extra Individual Order Forms if you cannot attend).
There are 3 ways to sell popcorn: show and sell, selling door-to-door and online sales:

Reminders and clarifications:
All Scouts should wear their Class A uniform when selling popcorn- both door to door and at Show and Sell events. Please no jeans or colored shorts.
- All Scouts need to be polite, kind and courteous.
- At Show and Sell events do not enter other stores where we do not have permission to sell. Escorting someone on the sidewalk to our table is industrious but going into the store to fish the customer out is over the line. We want to be welcomed back next year.
- Calculation of Show and Sell shift credit: I will take the TOTAL amount raised from ALL Show and Sell events and divide it by the total number of shifts. Someone may end up with a rainy low sale day so we do not calculate it based on the single shift or the single day. Once the shift credit is known, use one of the bottom row lines to write in "Show and Sell" in the name column and the shift credit amount in the Amount due Column.
- Any donations received during door to door sales should go on the Order Sheet. If the donation doesn't fit into Column ZZ ($30) or Column WW ($50), use one of the bottom row lines to write in "donations" in the name column and the total amount donated in the Amount due Column.
- The Pack 133 incentive raffle for those Scouts selling $250 of popcorn is limited to door to door (aka “take order”) or online sales marked on your Order Forms. Show and sells do not count.

That effort energized a successful Pack program with activities & events that included: Pinewood Derby, Camping Fees, Den meeting events and supplies, Handbooks, Pack meeting Fees, Patches and Rank Advancement awards, Blue & Gold event, Recruiting and Training and the Rocketry event.
Let’s have another GREAT YEAR!!!
The following popcorn goals will allow the boys and their families to enjoy a Scouting year with exciting Scouting programs.
Our Pack’s Popcorn goal is: $28,600
Each Scout’s goal is: $550
The Scout’s goal is a pack wide average.
Each Scout should create his own personal goal and GO FOR IT!!!!!!
