2018 Trip To West Point

On November 10th, West Point hosts a Scout Day during the Saturday morning of a home football game. The cadets, many of which were scouts, host activities and demonstrations our cub scouts can participate in. There is also a cadet led walking tour of the barracks (cadet's rooms) and mess hall (where 4,000 cadets eat all together daily in ~20 mins). At 9am there is a traditional cadet review followed by the football game at noon with a parachute demonstration.

It is recommend to arrive at 8-8:30am and West Point is about 90 mins from Mendham.
Pack 133 is asking for RSVPs via Scoutbook by September 24th to get a count on the number of tickets we need. The tickets are $35 a person, which will be collected at the October Pack meeting where you will also get the tickets. Other arrangements can be made if you can't attend the Oct Pack meeting.
