Fishing DerbyEvent: Fishing
Where: Pleasant Valley Lake in Brookrace When: May 25, 2019, 8am - 11am Grab your fishing pole and enjoy a morning of fishing at Pleasant Valley Lake in the Brookrace development -- we will even provide the worms! Generations of Boy Scouts used the lake to swim, canoe and fish since it was part of Schiff Scout Reservation. Last year, we had a great time and everyone caught at least one fish. We are also using this event as a recruiting opportunity, so please invite your friends so that they can learn first hand what Scouting is all about. If your friend joins, you can earn the "Recruiter" patch and proudly wear it on your uniform. As a reminder, boys entering kindergarten to 5th grade in September are eligible to join our Pack We will hold the event rain or shine, but let's hope for some great weather! Please dress appropriately and bring water, snacks, etc. Parents: If you intend to fish, you will need to obtain a fishing license.
