The Tiger Cub program is geared toward 1st Grade (6-7 year old) boys and their adult partners (parent or guardian). Tiger Cubs work together with their adult partners on achievements and electives. These requirements consist of an exciting series of indoor and outdoor activities appropriate for boys in the first grade:

Each Achievement has three parts:
- Family Activity
- Den Activity
- Go See it Outing
